Ömer Erhan Erbayraktar
General manager
İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi İnşaat Fakültesi İnşaat Mühendisliği Bölümü’nden 1992 yılında mezun olmuştur. 1992-1993 yıllarında Or-tek Ltd. Şti firmasının yapmış olduğu Pınarhisar Çimento Fabrikası, Lalapaşa Çimento Fabrikası, Gümüşhane Çimento Fabrikası inşaatlarında şantiye şefi olarak görev almıştır. 1994 – 2004 yılları arasında Set Beton tesis şefi ve bölge müdürü olarak çeşitli bölgelerde ve görevlerde yer almıştır. 2004 yılından beri Şirket’te genel müdür olarak görev yapmaktadır. Evli ve iyi düzeyde İngilizce bilmektedir.
Burhan Aktaş

He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2004. After working as a senior banker for more than 13 years, Burhan Aktaş worked at ING Bank (Oyak Bank) Commercial Banking for 6 years and then joined the founding team during the establishment phase of Odea Bank and worked in Odea Bank Commercial Banking Department until April 2019. He worked at the Company between April 2019 and April 2021. Between April 2021 and October 2023, he worked at Zengin Petrol San. Tic. A.Ş. as Finance and Accounting Director between April 2021 and October 2023. He has been working at the Company since October 2023. He is married and has 2 children.
Ali Kıvanç Baş
Technical Affairs Director
He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Chemical Metallurgy, Department of Metallurgical Engineering in 1998. After graduation, Mintur Turistik Yatirim Ins. Singing. ve Tic. Inc. and Set Beton, as a sub-contractor, as the general coordinator in the production and transportation of ready-mixed concrete. Since the establishment of the Company in 2003, he has been working as the Technical Affairs Director at the Company. He has a good command of English, is married and has 2 children.

Quality R&D Director
After graduating from Istanbul University Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering departments (Double Major graduated in 2006 - 2007), he completed his Master's Degree in Istanbul Technical University, Department of Construction Materials in 2010. She worked at Nuh Beton company between 2007 and 2009, and has been working as the Quality and R&D Director at the company since 2009. She is fluent in English she.
Hülya Zoroğlu
Human Resources Director
After graduating from Private Yıldız High School in 1993, he started working at Dışbank Human Resources Department in the same year and continued his duty until 2000. She worked in the Human Resources Department at EGS Bank in 2000 and continued in this position until 2002. She has been working as the Human Resources Director at the Company since 2005. She is married and has one child.
Kadir Berkant Hekimci

He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1989. Between 1991 and 2008, Set Italcementi Group, Set Beton San. ve Tic. Inc. He worked as the Northern Marmara Region Sales and Marketing Chief. He has been working as the Sales and Marketing Director at the Company since 2009. He is married and has 2 children.
